The apartment is cleaned and linen changed on a weekly basis. Mid week cleans and linen changes can be arranged for an additional cost.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

In order that our guests may take advantage of low cost mid week flights, changeover days are flexible.

LINEN NOTES:

All bedding, and bathroom towels are provided, but not pool/beach towels.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

4 minutes walk from the apartment are arguably two of the most attractive beaches in the Algarve - Praia Senhor da Rocha and Praia Nova, which are accessible one from the other via a tunnel through the rock, on which stands the picturesque Chapel Nossa Senhora da Rocha.

The Algarve is renouned for its multitude of golf courses and waterparks, all of which are easily accessible from this centrally located apartment.

The apartment is located right in the centre of the Algarve coast. Situated in a quiet village location but 3 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from lively Armacao de Pera and 15 minutes drive from the lively resorts of Albufeira, Portimao, Alvor and Carvoeiro. 15 minutes drive from Algarve Shopping with its 22 shops, multi-screen cinema and bowling alley. An excellent selection of restaurants, two supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance of the apartment. Ideally situated for all the local attractions of the Algarve - its multitude of golf courses, water parks, zoos etc. Aqualand, Slide & Splah and Zoomarine are all within a 10 minute drive.

BOOKING NOTES:

25% deposit payable on booking - balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings held for 7 days pending receipt of written confirmation and deposit. A 200 breakage bond is payable with the balance, which will be returned within 48 hours of departure providing no loss or damage has occurred.
