Notes to the rental rates:


* Air-Conditioning / Heating is fully Included in the Cost!
Payment is required in Sterling, or in Euros if agreed by the owner.
The normal rental period is one week however shorter duration stays such as long weekends will be considered, based on the percentage of the weekly rate, and discounts for longer durations are also available.


* A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement.

Payment is by transfer directly to the owners bank account. Check-In is after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day.
We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.


* The letting of the property on this web site is intended solely for short term residential purposes of a special transitory nature – specifically self catering accommodation – in accordance with article 1095º, nº 3 of the Portuguese Civil Code.
