This beautiful, spacious apartment only 1hr from Salzburg, is located in a central quiet position overlooking the picturesque town of Bad Gastein in the Austrian Alps.Sleeping 6, it is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with its many restaurants and bars.The skibus is a 2 minute walk and the nearest skilift only 500m.Bad Gastein is a principle spa and wellness centre with a spectacular waterfall running through the town centre.Being part of the Ski Amade, Austria's largest ski area (850kms) Bad Gastein is a ski resort which should not be missed!

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Apartment Stubnerkogel is a light, spacious apartment on the top floor(4th) of an apartment house set in a quiet location over looking the Spa town Bad Gastein in the Austrian Alps. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the town centre with its numerous restaurants and bars. Being only 500 meters from the nearest ski lift the apartment is ideally situated for activities such as skiing,bording and ice climbing in the winter, or mountain biking, walking, swimming,golf, horse riding or paragliding in the summer.

The apartment is 85m2 and has a large comfortable lounge with balcony that overlooks the Stubnerkogel mountain.The 2 double bedrooms have plenty of storage space and with the sofabed in the lounge the apartment offers sleeping accomodation for 6 persons.The kitchen which ajoins the dinning area is well equipped with utensils and equipment including a dish washer, slow cooker, microwave and coffee maker.

The apartment house has a large parking area with a garage allowcated for use with the apartment (no need for scraping ice and snow off the windscreen).It also has a ski room for storing skis/boots and a wash room where you can wash and dry clothing.

Only 1 hour away from Salburg Airport with a main rail and bus link Bad Gastein is a traditional spa resort built in the grand old Victorian style. Set on the mountain hillside at the end of the Gastein Valley it is one of three linked resorts which include Bad Hoffgastein and Dorfgastein.With its spectacular waterfall crashing down through the centre of town, Bad Gastein is a resort you shal want to visit over and over again.

Parking is available at the apartment.

The apartment has a seperate kitchen which is fully equipped.

UTILITY AREA:

There is a ski/boot room in the basement of the apartment house.

There is a washroom with washing machine and drying area in the apartment house.

DINING AREA:

The apartment has a dinning area which seats 6 adults. It also has a small dinning table in the lounge.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The apartment has a large comfortable lounge area with plenty of seating,satalite tv, dvd player with a range of dvd films, a hifi centre with a range of cd's and access to a large balcony with fantastic views across the valley.

BEDROOMS:

The apartment has 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a second large bedroom with 2 beds which maybe put together or used seperately.
There is also a cot available.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

Please leave the apartment tidy. Final Cleaning is included.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

At present changeover day is Saturday

LINEN NOTES:

Bed Linen is available at a local charge of 5 euros per person.
Towels are available at a local charge of 5 euros per person.

Please leave all used linen folded on the bench by the front door at the end of your stay.

PET NOTES:

We do not allow pets.

BABY FACILITY:

There is a cot available at the apartment.
