Thalassa View Gardens is one of the most luxurious complexes in the Paphos area. It is a peaceful place yet only a few minutes by car from the main Paphos tourist area. Fully air conditioned. There are two main pools, a kiddie’s pool and a unique amphitheatre where you can sit and sip your wine while watching the spectacular sunsets - you may never want to leave.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor with views to the Mediterranean.

There are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, en-suite facilities and a securely fixed electronic safe.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes.

Remote controlled air conditioning/heating is available in both rooms.

Bathroom 1 is beautifully tiled, with bath and shower facilities, WC, and wash basin.

Bathroom 2 also tastefully tiled, provides en-suite facilities to bedroom 1, with walk in shower, WC and wash basin with vanity unit.

The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, clothes drier, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen also has its own balcony.

The large Lounge/Diner has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed plus a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, and Satellite TV with DVD player, mini Hi-Fi unit and remote controlled air conditioning/heating. A computer with FREE broadband internet access, and a skype phone are available for your use (Wi-Fi access is also available if you wish to take your own laptop etc). A large dining table with seating for 6 is provided should you wish to dine in style.

All rooms lead out to the balcony where there is a full dining table with 6 chairs for your al-fresco meals.

There is allocated undercover car parking on the ground floor beneath the apartment. From there you can take the lift or the stairs to the 1st floor.

The apartment is professionally maintained by a local management company who are available 24 hours a day should any problems arise during your stay.

Note that this is a non-smoking apartment, and that pets are not allowed.


The complex has a large communal free-form pool and a separate childrens pool. There are changing rooms, toilets and showers next to the pools, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.


Undercover parking is available beneath the apartment.


The kitchen has a fan assisted oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full range of crockery & glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils etc. A clothes dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.

The kitchen also has its own balcony with views to the Mediterranean.


The large lounge/diner has a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed that can provide a place to sleep for a fifth person, a 2 seater sofa, coffee tables, SKY satellite TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, Wii games console and games, and a mini hi-fi unit. A selection of games are also available to keep you entertained.

A computer with FREE broadband access has been provided for your use, and a Skype phone for making pay as you go phone calls using the internet connection is available.

Theres also a large dining table with seating for 6 should you wish to dine in style, remote controlled air conditioning/heating, and a sliding door to the balcony with fitted fly screens.


Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space, a dressing table with mirror, hairdryer, a securely fixed electronic safe, en-suite facilities, and a door leading to the balcony. Remote controlled air conditioning/heating ensure your comfort.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a hair dryer, remote controlled air conditioning, and a sliding door to the balcony with fitted fly screens.


Changeover days are fully flexible.


Linen and towels are provided (excluding beach/pool towels).
A weekly change of linen/towels is also included.


Sorry, but no pets are allowed.


10 minutes drive to Paphos harbour.
5 minutes drive to small sandy beach.
15 minutes drive to Coral Bay.

There are 3 great courses all within 20-30 minutes drive of our apartment.
Tsada golf course is 15km to the north of Paphos, Secret Valley golf course is 18km to the east of Paphos, and the spectacular new Aphrodite Hills golf course is 20km to the east.

Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains in January to March and is only an hours drive away.

Cyprus has several diving centres, with Cydive near Paphos harbour being the longest established and best known of the diving schools.

Other Areas of Interest
Fishing and boat trips, sailing, go-karting, horse riding, winery trips and walking are among the many other sports catered for.

The minimum length stay is 4 nights.

A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure.

Full payment is required for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to departure.

75% payment is required for cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to departure.

50% Payment is required for cancellations made 4-8 weeks prior to departure.

A £125 returnable security deposit will also be required against damages.


The main bathroom is beautifully tiled, has a WC, bath with shower and glass screen and a wash basin.

Bathroom 2 is also beautifully tiled and provides en suite facilities to bedroom 1. It has a WC, walk in shower, and a vanity unit with wash basin.
