This recently renovated apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. It's centrally located, near to all amenities and has good transport links. You can enjoy both the beach and the shops and culture of the city.
The prices given below are rough. During "Las Fallas" and "America's Cup" we charge 100/night and 600/week - min stay is 5 days.
High Rate 90/wkend night, 75/wk night, 500/wk
Low Rate 75/wkend night, 60/wk night, 400/wk
There is also a discount for stays which are longer than 5 days

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

The apartment is light and airy with it's high ceillings and open plan style. Being located on the ground floor, it's perfect for people who can't handle stairs and it has the advantage of being cool in the summer. We also have an effective ceilling fan system and if you visit in Valencia's short winter we have gas central heating.
It can sleep up to six people (double bedroom, a bedroom with a sofabed and an extra sofa bed in the lounge).
It's located on a quiet street just off a busy main road and although it is part of a building, it has it's own private entrance.

PATIO:

A small patio area with a table and chairs for 2. It is accessed through the main bedroom and traps the sunlight at certain times of the day.
There is also a small interior patio in the second bedroom which adds light and space to the room

PARKING:

There is no parking provided with the property. Although parking is possible on the street, a car is not really necessary in Valencia as it is small enough to walk around and it has a good public transport system. Plus, given it's year-round sunshine and excellent system of bike lanes, it is the perfect place for bikes which can be hired nearby.

KITCHEN:

We have tried to provide all the appliances that we deem necessary for your holiday - different types of coffee machines, a juicer, a full set of pots and pans, openers, etc.

DINING AREA:

We have a breakfast bar with seating for 4, a table for 2 in the patio for alfresco dining or you can eat in the living room!

BEDROOMS:

There is a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, an extra double sofa bed in the living room and even a single air mattress if called for. So we can actually accomodate up to 7 people, depending on needs.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

The apartment is fully stocked with cleaning materials if you need them. Of course we don't expect you to spend your holiday cleaning but we do ask that you leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.

LINEN NOTES:

The apartment is well stocked with towels and bed linen which can be washed in the machine provided if you stay for a while. Clothes can be dried in the patio in summer and on radiators in winter.

PET NOTES:

Pets may be allowed on request.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

Neighbourhood - Russafa

This is a vibrant area with a mix of trendy bars and restaurants and more traditional places. There are plenty of places to explore! You can choose from 4 different supermarkets, local shops and even a farmers' market which are all within walking distance of the apartment. The street itself is quiet so you can get a good night's sleep there. There are good links by bus from here to where ever you want to go.

The Centre - Plaza del Ayuntamiento

About 15 minutes walk away you have the main square with its fountains and historical buildings. The main shopping area, train station and a wealth of places to eat are located here.

Turia River Park / City of Art and Science

This area is also about 15 minutes stroll away. Here you can visit the museum, opera house and aquarium or enjoy the park. There are bike lanes, places for playing sports such as football, baseball, basketball, skateboarding. You can relax in a cafe or take part in various themed events which happen throughout the year.

The beach!

The main city beach (La Malva Rossa) is about 20 minutes away on the bus or you can cycle there in about the same time. There are other beaches such as El Saler which you can also reach by bus or train.

BOOKING NOTES:

Deposit

We require a holding deposit of 150 euros to secure the booking which can be made by bank transfer or using paypal.

We also require a security deposit of 200 euros which will be returned on departure. The 150 can go towards this if you wish.

BATHROOM/ENSUITE:

There is a full bathroom suite with a large bathtub, bidet and a well-lit hollywood style mirror.
