Casa Elysian is an air-conditioned, fully alarmed 2 bedroom terraced townhouse situated at Residencial La Cinuelica, Los Altos.

The property has a ground floor area which has been laid with small stones. 9 steps take you up to the tiled porch area and front door.

On the ground floor of the property you have …..

The living/dining room which has air conditioning, providing hot or cold air, a ceiling fan light, and a standard light. There is a three seater and 2 seater sofa, wall unit, coffee table, stand up lamp, dining table and four chairs. The window looks out to the front of the property, where you can see glimpses of the sea.

For entertainment you have TV with approx 30 digital channels, stations include BBC1 & 2, ITV1 & 2, Ch4, Ch5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky movies 1 & 2, Sky One, UK Gold, Sky News etc and approx 12 radio stations. There is a DVD player, a selection of DVD’s and a stereo.

The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, clock, 100 litre hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria.

Also on the ground floor you have a downstairs WC, with toilet, sink, mirror and window.

Now we go up to the first floor via a marble staircase ….

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the main bathroom.

The main bedroom has an air-conditioning unit with hot and cold air and a ceiling fan light. There is a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets, 2 lamps, alarm clock, mirror, blanket and a balcony. The window faces to the front of the property and has distant views of the sea.

The second bedroom has an air conditioning unit with hot and cold air and a ceiling fan light. There are 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside cabinets, a lamp, alarm clock, mirror, blankets and the window faces to the rear of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

Carry on up the stairs ….

You come to the roof top solarium with views to Torrevieja and the sea, breathtaking, especially during the night-time.

The townhouse has an alarm system connected to a call centre, 2 heaters for the winter (in addition to the air-con units), safe, patio table and 4 chairs, that can be used to the front of the property or on the rooftop solarium, 2 collapsable sunloungers, 2 collapsable chairs (which can be taken to the beach), bar-b-que, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum.

There is a gated communal pool. You cannot see the pool from the property.

Bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm. There are steps leading to the property and both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Parking is available outside the property.

There is building work going on in the area so the prices reflect this. The prices for this property are very good value for money and once the building work has been finished then the prices will be increased.

You are a short walk to two supermarkets; Mercadona (2 min walk) and Consum.

There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese and Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5 with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, English supermarket and English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Chinese, Indian, English, Japanese, German and Italian restaurants and there is a very nice Spanish restaurant Patio Andaluz.

Overlooking the sea you have the Nautlius and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

Punta Prima beach would be about a 20 minute walk.

Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa).

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the townhouse; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park, there is horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.

Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura are approx 1 1/4 hours drive, towards Benidorm.

A car would be recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly.

During July and August there is an hourly bus service to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket.

Air-conditioning (hot and cold) is included in the price. You also have the use of 2 heaters and ceiling fan lights. As the price includes air-conditioning we request that you turn off the units when you are not in the property or when you have doors/windows open.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.



Parking available at the front of the property.


Changeover anyday of the week, subject to availability.


Bed linen and towels will be provided. Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge if required.


No pets
