A lovely nautically themed townhouse over three floors with two ensuite double bedrooms, situated in a pretty tree lined square in historic Tavira. The house is well equipped and includes airconditioning/heating. Excellent location with restaurants,pavement cafes, the fresh food market and the River Giloa just minutes away.

On the ground floor is the entrance hall, large reception room with two sofas and dining area. The TV has DVD and satellite receiver. There is an airconditioning unit which provides cool air in summer and warm air in winter or cool evenings. There is a small separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, electric oven gas hob. Electric kettle and toaster are provided. Fridge / freezer

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Both have ensuite facilities; one with bath and shower attachment and one with shower unit. Bedrooms have a/c units.

On the second floor there is a utility room with washing machine, freezer and microwave. Outside there is a small balcony with built in BBQ and table and chairs.

Table and bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. A weekly linen change is arranged.

Please note that Casa Nautica is a non smoking residence.

A car is not essential as the house is conveniently situated for shops , cafes , restaurants , markets and museums. However if you do have a car there is free car parking nearby. There is metered parking outside the house.


There is a fresh up clean and linen change after one week. Additional cleaning can be arranged at guests cost.


Saturday is the normal change over day, but sometimes we can be flexible depending on other bookings. Guests are requested to depart by 10.00 am so that the house can be prepared for other guests.

The house will be made ready for you after 1600hours on the arrival day.


There is a booking deposit of 50% which is non returnable.

The final payment is required 6 weeks before departure

If you find you are unable to stay at Casa Nautica after your booking has been confirmed, the following terms will apply

1] 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday 20% of balance will be payable

2] between 8 and 4 weeks 50% of the balance

3] within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday 100% of the outsatnding balance

There is a guarantee deposit of 300euros to be paid to agents or their representatives who will meet you on arrival. This sum will be returnd on departure if there are no breakages or damage.
