The development is small and exclusive, next to the St George Hotel, and is within walking distance of the coast road where there is a supermarket and various bars and restaurants. The centre of Paphos Town is 10 minutes drive and Coral Bay is just 5 minutes. It has a very discrete location nestling at the end of the driveway with a pretty little patio overlooking the communal pool and sea.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Twin bedroom with A/C unit. Second bathroom.
The property has a pressurised water system, water softener, air-conditioning and fly screens throughout, for maximum comfort.


Outside
To the front, there is private parking for up to 2 cars. Small rear garden with flower beds and washing line. Private front terrace with flower beds, table and 6 chairs. From the terrace, you have superb views over the swimming pool and towards the sea. The impressive, large, communal swimming pool is only used by the residents of the development and is therefore usually very quiet. There are a number of umbrellas, sun beds and a pool shower. The sea is approximately 150 meters.

THere is a range of restaurants and shops only a 5 minute walk from the villa with more extensive facilities in both Paphos and Coral Bay
