ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

We are pleased to offer a three bedroom, three bathroom holiday townhouse with a large roof solarium situated within the hill-top resort of Gran Alacant, in the Alicante region of Spain. An ideal location for a family holiday with bars restaurants, shops, pool and amenities within easy walking distance, the beach is a 2 minute drive/bus ride.

The front court-yard offers off-road parking and access to the house via six steps up to a covered porch with a table and chairs which is ideal for morning breakfast, leading into the house through a panelled door.

The living and dining area, complete with dining table and chairs, 3-piece leather suite, coffee tables, English satellite television, DVD and CD players. The kitchen is next to the dining area and is fully equipped and generously sized, leading to a galleria. A shower room with w.c. and basin is accessed from the living room.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, CD-player/alarm, en-suite bathroom and balcony, the second bedroom has twin beds each with a z-bed below and the third has a single bed with a full-size folding bed underneath to form twin beds and a fitted wardrobe, all bedrooms have windows. Up-to eight people can be accomodated, the family bathroom is also located on this floor.

If you take the second staircase to the top you can access the solarium which is approximately 30m2. Here you will find a table and chairs with parasol, two sun loungers and a BBQ.

POOL:

This property has access to a shared pool with a todler pool, both set within a gated garden and is for the exclusive use of the villas associated with it.

GARDEN:

The garden is laid to lawn and planted with palms and olive trees to provide shady areas.

PARKING:

The paved garden offers off-road parking.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is through a doorway next to the dining area. Fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A galleria is accessed from the kitchen.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The living and dining area, complete dining table and chairs, 3-piece leather suite, coffee tables, English satellite television, DVD and CD players.

BEDROOMS:

CLEANING INFORMATION:

45 euros payable in Spain. Mid-week cleans 35 euros. A charge may be made for excessive cleaning at the discretion of our Agent, please leave the property how you expect to find it.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Villa rental starts at 3pm on day of arrival and ends at 10am on day of departure. If there is no changeover on the date of departure it may be possible retain the use of the villa until your flight, this is subject to the agreement of the key holder.

LINEN NOTES:

All linen is included with the exception of beach towels.

PET NOTES:

No pets are allowed within the interior of the property.

BABY FACILITY:

Cot and push-chair hire can be arranged.

ACTIVITY EQUIPMENT:

Next to the garden is a basketball/football court for the more energetic. This is also controlled by electronic key.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

Unspoilt sandy beach nearby 25 minute walk or 2 minutes by car or bus, or take the land train which is also good for getting about in the evening. There are many shops bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the accommodation.

Alicante is just a short drive away for retail therapy, night-life or just to relax in a historic city. Alicante boasts a great castle "Castle de Santa Barbara" over looking the port and the quaint old district where cafes restaurants can be found around every corner.

Theme, water and wild-life parks can be found near Benidorm which is just a 40 minute drive away.

BOOKING NOTES:

Prices are for weekly villa rates and apply to weeks commencing in each month with the exception of the Christmas, New year and Easter weeks which will be charged at premium rates. Prices are based on six people sharing.

Monthly low-season rental 140.00 per week including utility bills.

Other Services

Welcome packs are 25 Euros. Ideal for those with late night flights.

Air-conditioning to the ground floor is available in Summer at 20 per week.

Through our agents we are able to offer other services to add convenience to your stay, these services will be arranged with our agent and are not included in the weekly villa rental.

Additional services include airport transfers, mid-week cleans, cot and highchair hire.
