The apartment is designed to be a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, the villa is 2 bedroom. Just 1 hour south of Granada and 2 hours east of Malaga, with the coast and golf only 35 minutes away and skiing in the winter, just 1 hour 15 minutes, the property has been designed with the 16th century Alhambra Palace in mind, but with all the luxuries and comforts of the 21st century.

3 kilometres from the market town of Orgiva, the white washed Berber villages, can be found clinging to the southern slopes of Spainís highest mountain range. These were the last outposts of the Moors after the fall of Granada in the 16th century.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

This apartment has been designed to offer flexibility of accommodation, the focus of which is a large private balcony with splendid mountain views. A delightful place to enjoy a BBQ.

Sitting Room: comfortably furnished including TV, video/DVD player, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, central heating. French windows onto large balcony area, with views over the small pueblo of Los Tablones and the Contraviesa mountain range.

Kitchen: Fully fitted and very well equipped (partly open plan) with large fridge/freezer, washingmachine, electric cooker, hob and microwave.

The 10 metre x 5 metre private pool reflects the style of the villa and is set among the orange, lemon, olive, palm and jacaranda trees. Relaxing by the pool amongst the olive groves with the superb mountain vistas, you will occasionally hear the sound of goats bells in the distance and see horses trotting past.

Kitchen: Fully fitted and very well equipped (partly open plan) with large fridge/freezer, washingmachine, electric cooker, hob and microwave.

There is a non-refundable booking deposit of 20%. The balance payable on arrival. There is a 10% reduction for anyone wanting to hire the villa and the apartment.

Please note we operate a non-smoking policy inside both the villa and apartment.
