ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

A spacious three bedroom, two bathrooms residence, with 170 M2 of living area (quite large by comparison) with the living accommodation being arranged upstairs, and the large main patio area being at this level, which maximises the beautiful views to the sea and mountains.
Due to the type of building, the villa is not wheelchair accessable. Young children under 3 years old would need to be supervised on the upper patio areas. The private 8 x 4 M tiled swimming pool is at the rear of the villa, and has tiled sun terraces, lower patio area, outside shower and access to master en-suite bedroom. 2 convenient outside electric points provide power for electrical items.

The villa sleeps 8 people. All bedrooms are large with fitted wardrobes comprising: one double bed (with en-suite bathroom ) and two further bedrooms with 2 good size single beds each. A door leads out from the main bedroom to the pool area and lower patio.
A safe is fitted in the master bedroom for your convenience.

The lounge has a large picture window and sliding patio door both overlooking the sea and for entertainment there is BBC / ITV SKY satellite TV so you can keep up with your favourite soap! A DVD player and CD / Radio are also provided.

The fully fitted separate kitchen is accessed through an archway from the lounge and has a washing machine, iron & board, ceramic hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, 19l water cooler, hoover and a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and washing up materials.
At one end of the kitchen there is a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

The main bathroom is at the upper level. Hairdryer.
All of the living / bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.
All windows are fitted with fly screens and shutters, though through draft is often more pleasant than using air conditioning except when it is very hot.
There is an additional downstairs guest toilet (3 WC’s total in the villa.)
There is a well maintained 2.2m deep private pool at the back of the villa with 4 sunloungers.

All visitors receive free welcome pack on arrival. Our representative can meet you at the airport by arrangement and take you to the villa where she will show you around the property and help to familiarise you with the villa.

The private 8 x 4 M tiled swimming pool is at the rear of the villa, and has tiled sun terraces, lower patio area, outside shower and access to master en-suite bedroom. 2 convenient outside electric points provide power for electrical items.

PATIO:

Patio set with 6 chairs & parasol – upper and lower patio areas.
There is a well maintained 2.2m deep private pool at the back of the villa with 4 sunloungers.

Offroad secure parking for 2 cars

KITCHEN:

Cyprus is a beautiful, magical and romantic island with a wonderful warm and healthy climate. Great beaches ~ superb scenery ~ ancient history. Fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and entertainment. The Cypriot people are friendly, kind and lovable.

This third largest island in the Mediterranean has a classical history plus a climate that is the envy of the Mediterranean , with over 300 days of sunshine a year making it a perfect location for lying on the clean, sandy beaches or taking a dip in the clear blue sea.
Not only is it the warmth of the climate that attracts people, but also the warmth of the locals. The Cypriots are renowned for their friendly welcome and genuine hospitality. The island is dominated the pine-covered Troodos mountains filled with tiny villages, impressive Byzantine churches and an abundance of historical sites. In contrast to the unspoilt landscape of the mountains, in the coastal resorts and the nightlife is surprisingly cosmopolitan.

Tracing its history back over 9000 years, has seen many civilizations come and go. Also being the chosen island by the Greek mythical Gods it is not surprising that Cyprus is full of historical sites and legendary stories, to add yet another reason to visit.

All this combined with the high standard of service that Cyprus offers ensures that visitors return to this beautiful island time and time again.

BOOKING NOTES:

First, look at the availability page and see if the dates you want are free.Next, email us at: emba@tele2.no requesting these dates, and for a confirmed price (see Tariffs).
We will email you back and send you a booking form and ask you to fill this in. We will calculate the 30% deposit and let you know the balance* and date it is due.
We will then reserve these dates for 7 days whilst we await your deposit and completed booking form.
When we receive your deposit / booking form, we will email you with confirmation of the booking, and update our website to show these dates are now booked.

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and your completed Booking Form by e-mail.

Comprehensive directions to the Villa from Paphos Airport are to be found on this website, (see Map 1 & 2) and a copy should be printed off and taken with you for your convenience.

*Balance to pay includes a Key Return/ Breakage Deposit of Ł100 , which we shall refund in full after your holiday once we know that the keys have been returned to the Keysafe by 10.00 am on the date of departure, and provided no losses or damages have been incurred in the Villa. We thank you for looking after our Villa as if it were your own - please report any problem or breakage to us immediately so that it can be rectified for you and for our next guests.

Keys: There is a Keysafe at the Villa containing a set of keys, for which we will give you the pin number to access the keys on your arrival. When you depart please leave the keys on the kitchen table and close the front door on departing. PLEASE double check it is locked, and also the side door before leaving for the airport.
