ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Pequeño Oasis is a luxury town house with a delightful garden with palm trees, orange trees and a stunning pool in the old part of Soller, just half an hour from Palma and the airport via the new tunnel through the mountains.

The property has been completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard with extensive quality furnishings and furniture. It is fully equipped and has central heating throughout.

It comprises three double bedrooms, one main bathroom and a shower room, utility room, gallery/TV room, lounge and an outstanding dining and kitchen area which opens onto an extensive terrace the width of the property.

GARDEN:

The garden, with its array of beautiful flowering shrubs, orange and lemon trees, has superb views of the surrounding mountains and faces south west, benefiting from the sun from morning to evening when it finally settles behind the mountains.

The garden has a large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, there are sun loungers and sun beds for soaking up the sun and two huge umbrellas to protect you from the midday sun and of course, the superb pool to keep you refreshed.

PARKING:

There is a parking space belonging to the house in a secure underground car park less than a three minute walk from the house, available for use by the guests.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is particularly well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and an electric orange press so you can make your own fresh orange juice from the oranges in the garden!

UTILITY AREA:

In the laundry roon, there is a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Also an iron and ironing board.

CLEANING INFORMATION:

The house is fully serviced with pool cleaning and gardener and with house cleaning and laundry once a week.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday, with access to the house from 1500 on the day of entry with exit by 1000 on the day of departure.
Outside the main season (November through March) we can be flexible on changeover dates providing the week prior and the week following are not booked.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

The property is in the old part of Soller and just a few minutes walk from the central square where many bars, restaurants and shops can be found. There is also a fresh food indoor market just off the square that sells a variety of fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, all at very reasonable prices.

Here you can also find the taxi rank, buses which take about an hour into Palma, the train which also goes into Palma and the tram that can take you to the Port through the orange and olive groves. The Port is only about five minutes by car or about 15 minutes by tram, and offers a beach, marina, boat trips and many bars and restaurants.

If you are looking for something very special, then you have found it!

BOOKING NOTES:

All prices are in Euros and are for Four Persons. The is an additional charge for a fifth person from €150 in low season to €375 in high season.

Minimal rental is for one week.

Whilst Pequeño Oasis has three double bedrooms, we prefer to let it to a maximum of five people, excluding babies.

The price includes all cleaning of the house, laundry of bed linen and towels etc. It also includes the cleaning of the pool and the maintenance of the garden. A welcome pack of basic provisions is included.

A deposit of 25% of the rental is required on reservation with the balance due eight weeks before the commencement of the rental. There are no refunds for cancellations unless we are able to re-let the property.

Please note that Pequeño Oasis is a strictly non-smoking house.
