Puerto Chico 'A' is a well situated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow in Playa Blanca, the most southerly resort in Lanzarote. The bungalow is located on the seafront between Playa Flamingo beach and the Playa Blanca village shopping centre. Puerto Chico 'A' has excellent views across the bay to the famous Papagayo Beaches and has many advantages for those looking for fun, sun, sand, sea and a relaxed way of living. Nestling in the well tended private gardens of Club Puerto Chico lies the large electrically heated communal swimming pool.

Wheelchair users: The property has a ramp leading to the front approaches. French doors lead onto the extensive patio & BBQ area. Provided you have some mobility this property is ideally situated and very suitable for impaired walkers, however, there are no special provisions for the totally wheelchair reliant. Please discuss full bungalow particulars, it's location and facilities.


Large electrically heated communal swimming pool with shower and seating area is located in the well tended private gardens of Club Puerto Chico.


Extensive 70mtr2 patio with sun loungers and cushions, parasol, table and chairs.
Built in barbecue, including fixed al fresco dining area.


There is a small garden area at the bottom and one side of the patio area. Well cultivated gardens form a feature of the Puerto Chico complex.


There is a communal parking area to the front of the secure main gate entrance to Club Puerto Chico where you can leave your hire car.


Well furnished kitchen with a four ring halogen hob and full sized oven microwave with grill and associated pots pans and utensils. There is a combination fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more than sufficient crockery cutlery and glassware for five persons.


The second bathroom accommodates an iron, ironing board, washing machine and a hair drier. There is a clothes airer in the patio area.

• The communal rubbish bin area is outside the complex at the bottom of the car park area.


The dining area which forms part of the lounge area has a full dining table and four cushioned chairs. There are sufficient table mats and coasters provided for all requirements.


Puerto Chico 'A' has a large lounge/diner/kitchen area with associated furniture. The lounge has one three seater and one two seater settee, well furnished with scatter cushions. There is a coffee table and four chair seat level courtesy stools which can be used as side tables. There is a wall mounted electric heater for cooler evenings in the winter and a ceiling fan in warmer times. There is also plenty of soft lighting to enhance the use of the Satellite TV with Full SKY package • DVD & VCR • Radio/CD player • A selection of Card & Board games • Book selection.


Master bedroom - Double bed with individual bedside cabinets and lamps.
Double wardrobe with drawers and long length hanging space. Associated bedroom furniture.

Twin bedroom - 2 Single beds with shared bedside cabinet and light.
Sufficient room to accommodate the Z bed if required for a 5th person. There is a double wardrobe which includes a safe. (Key obtained from Office).

Note:- Notification of Z bed requirement is expected on initial booking of the property.


The property will be fully serviced prior to your arrival. There is a mid week maid service when the towels are changed and a spot clean to the bathrooms and main living area is undertaken.

Note:- Bring your own beach towels as they are not provided.


Changeover days: Arrive any day of the week and stay for any period from 3 to 365 nights duration.

Vacation of the property takes place at 1000hrs on the day of leaving.

Entry to the property is 1400hrs of the day of entering.

The time between handover and takeover on a changeover day is to allow the property to be fully serviced.


Clean linen is provide on arrival and beds are changed on the seventh day of arrival. Bath and handtowels are exchanged mid week.


No pets are allowed in the complex.


There are no specific baby facilities however on booking the property your individual requirements can be made known and items including cots, high chairs etc can be provided on request for your holiday visit.

The village of Playa Blanca is delightful. Only seven minutes walk from Puerto Chico 'A' the promenade and pedestrian shopping areas form the heart of the village with its rows of cafés and restaurants. In true cosmopolitan fashion, an assortment of languages can be heard in this friendly holiday destination.
The promenade cafés and restaurants are very popular throughout the day and especially in the evenings, when meals are eaten with romantic ocean backdrops.
During the day the town beach is very well attended. Locals mix well with the British, Spanish, French, German, Scandinavian and Dutch residents and holidaymakers.

Flamingo beach. Ideal for younger children. The water is crystal clear with a gently sloping beach. There is plenty of sand to play with. The sea, with its small fish and marine life, is ideal for paddling and swimming. There are sun-beds, umbrellas and pedaloes available for hire.

Dorado Beach
For the energetic visitor there is plenty to do at Dorado beach with safe swimming, snorkelling and of course topping up your tan in a relaxing atmosphere. Jet Ski’s and pedaloes are for hire and Banana boat trips are also available.
The cost of a sun-bed is just a few Euros for the day but you will have to pay extra for the use of a sun-umbrella. There are also toilet facilities at the main café.
Locally there is a large array of eating establishments and shops including the Dive College Lanzarote which is an international PADI dive centre, offering a pick-up and drop off service. They offer courses for people of all ranges covering all PADI dive courses.

Prices shown are for the whole property per week in UK Pounds.

Charges - We operate a ONE PRICE £400.00 Per week for the property (4 occupants) throughout the year. (£480.00 is the cost for 5 occupants).

A non-refundable 25% deposit (minimum £100 per week) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid no later than eight weeks prior to arrival date.

An accidental breakage insurance charge of £1 per day per booking is required on final payment. (£7.00 Per Week).

Discounts for repeat bookings and long lets are available.

HM Forces Discount 15% on proof of current service.

Price includes a welcome pack upon arrival.

Reductions are displayed on the Owners Site - on a regular basis.


The main bathroom consists of vanity mirror and lights, sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

The second bathroom consists of toilet, sink, mirror and walk-in shower. This bathroom also contains the washing machine, ironing board and iron.
