This is a lovely Apartment in the quiet, tranquil surroundings of Regina Gardens.Located approximately 2kms north of Paphos Tourist Area and 9kms south of Coral bay, so the Apartment is ideally located for the best of both worlds?

We have tried to make the Apartment a 'Home from Home' and furnished it with you in mind? A comfortable living area which includes two comfortable sofa/ settees, which if need may double as two large size beds.

The Balcony is wonderful and looks over the large size, communal swimming pool and gardens, just the view you like to see when sitting drinking that 'ice cold' Beer or galss of wine.

A Welcome Pack is provided on your arrival, complete with Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Bread & Butter. An information Book is also available making you feel instantly at home and able to relax as soon as you walk in the door?

This is a large size, comfortable Apartment in a beautiful part of Cyprus. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay so much that you will be wanting to return time & time again?


Two Private Sun Loungers (complete with cushions) are provided by the Pool.

Two Sun Loungers are also provided on the Balcony.

The Pool is lovely, with a shallower end lowering to a deeper area of the pool. It is cleaned regularly with on-site maintance close by. There is also shower & toilet facilities adjacent to the pool area.

A few feet away is a 'kiddies' pool where the toddlers/ youngsters may play and swim safely.


Smoking is permitted on the Balcony Area.

The Balcony/ Terrace is contained by a 3ft wall, so ideally it is suited to families with young children.

A Large table is located here with 6 chairs (ideal for outside dining in the open, sunny cypriot sun).

Also 2 sun loungers are located here for 'all day' sun bathing. This balcony catches the sun all day.


There is ample parking facilities underneath the Apartment (ground floor) or on the surrounding roads.


The Kitchen houses a Fridge (with Freezer Compartment), Cooker/ Oven and Microwave.

Also available is a 'toasted' sandwich maker, kettle and 'pop-up' toaster.

Cooking equipment - Saucepans, Frying Pan, Oven dishes avaialble.

Cutlery, crockery & glasses for six people.

A Washing machine is available use - with an outside 'retractable' line on the Balcony with washing basket & pegs.


Dining Room Table will comfortably seat 4 persons.

There is also a Dining Table on the Balcony, which will seat 6, for 'al fresco' dining!


There is no Smoking within the Apartment.

Solar Reflective Fly Screens are used in the Apartment to ensure comfortable living during high temperatures.

2 Ceiling Fans in the living area, complemented by Air Conditioning to keep the Apartment really cool.

Satelite TV is provided giving access to BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5, Living TV, Sky 1 and various other 'freeview' channels.

There is also a DVD and CD Player(s).


This Apartment has a King Size bed, together with two (Drop down) Sofa Beds which are located in the Living Area for parties over 2.

The Beds are fully equipped with King-size quilts, but single sheets are available for extremely hot weather!

Solar Reflective Fly Screens cover the Patio Doors to the balcony to ensure comfortable and cool living during high temperatures.

Plenty of storeage - with a Wardrobe area and 6 (large) Chest of Draws.


Changeover day is Saturday, Tuesday or Wednesday unless agreed with owner.

Clients are requested to arrive after 4pm (Cyprus Time) and Depart before 12pm (Cyprus Time).

This is to allow the Apartment to be cleaned and linen changed.

Cyprus time runs 2 hours ahead of the UK.


All linen is provided and is changed once a week. Clients renting for over one week will receive this service at no extra charge.

All towels are provided, however Beach Towels are not provided.


Cot(s) may be provided on request for a small additional charge.

This Property is not suitable for small (toddler) aged children.


Credit/ Debit Cards are accepted for payment using the 'PayPal' online secure payment facility. (there is a 3% Fee to cover transaction charges)

5% reduction for rentals of 2 weeks

10% reduction for periods over 2 weeks

Longer rental periods are available.

Christmas/ New Year Rates are negociable.

Now booking for 2008 - 15% Reduction on all bookings recived by 1 Oct 07.

Changeover Day is ideally Saturday or Wednesday, but other days available as agreed with the owner.


The Bathroom has a shower over bath. Vanity Sink and Toilet.

Toilet Tissue may be used in this toilet, unlike some other apartments or Hotels.
