Roof Terrace Solarium - Top floor of bungalow. South facing, secluded, and child safe. Accessed from a staircase at the rear of the house. There are four back reclining sun loungers. The roof terrace is 60m2 with views of Lanzarote and the surrounding mountains. Rear Patio – This is accessed from the double patio doors off the living room. It basks in the sun up to midday and is shaded in the afternoon. It is secluded and features a table and four comfortable chairs and a parasol. Private parking – the bungalow has its own private parking at the front of the house. Living room - The living room contains two double bed settees, and a breakfast bar. There is a 21 inch TV/ DVD. The property also benefits from an extensive English Satellite TV with 24 hour film channel and children’s cartoons. The room has fresh décor and furniture and there is a large cool fan. Double patio doors lead out to the large secluded patio and garden (about 25 metres square). There is an open plan kitchen / diner. Kitchen – plenty of storage units and all utensils, potts and pans, crockery etc. There is a large oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, and tall fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, clothes horse, iron board and iron, toaster and kettle, sandwich toastie. There is a breakfast bar and four stools. Master bedroom – This room features a double bed, large built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and a chest of drawers. There is large fan and hairdryer. There is key code security safe inside the wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 – Includes two single beds and built-in wardrobes and shelving with sliding doors. Bathroom – contains a full length bath and over-bath shower. There is a UPVC rigid shower screen, toilet, and bidet.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

AMENITIES
There is a terrific communal pool, and infant pool adjacent to the house. The house is 30 euros in a taxi from the airport (20 min drive). Airport transfers can be arranged for you. The house is close to local bars, restaurants, and a supermarket, and a 10 minute walk from the Baku complex (waterpark, bowling alley, market etc). The heart of Correlejo with its extensive range of bars and shops can be reached easily in 20 minutes by foot (maximum by a gentle stroll). This includes the marina where you will find the Fred Olsen Ferry which sails to Lanzarote (15 minute crossing). Further, the house is only a 5 minute drive from the new Oliva Golf Course (under construction). The house is also a gentle 20 minute walk from the Parque Natural with its breathtaking beaches and sand dunes that stretch for miles (Oliva Beach, Flag Beach, Waikiki Beach etc). Car hire is not necessary. The airport is 10 kilometres away, the nearest beach is 1 kilometre away, the nearest supermarket is 250 metres.

If you do hire a car, and there are so many spectacular places to see that it would be ashamed not to, you will find that you are only a short drive from the Chipmunks, Baku village (water park, market, ten pin bowling), the mountains and the harbour. Car hire is cheap.
