Situated in a small, well established development of similar properties with lovely communal gardens and superb swimming pool, the house benefits from two front terraces, a large roof terrace and a private rear garden with a table and chairs for outside dining. Sleeping a maximum of four in one large double bedroom and one twin-bedded room, the house has a full bathroom with a shower over the bath and a ground floor toilet with washbasin. The roof terrace has stunning views to the seas and the spectacular Sierra Cabrera mountains as a backdrop.

Mojacar benefits from one of the best climates in Europe, with in excess of 300 days of sunshine per year. It is very hot in July and August, hot in Spring and Autumn and mild in Winter, making it ideal for a long winter stay. There is something to suit all tastes including cycling, diving, swimming, horse riding, golf, wind surfing or just lying on the miles of sandy beaches with their very popular beach bars
.
For families there is the water park at nearby Vera, the western film sets at Tabernas, the caves at Sorbas and the Cabo de Gata National Park with its flamingos!
Mojacar town is a spectacular cluster of white houses perched on top of a hill. Within its maze of streets are many bars and restaurants offering varied cuisine.

On arrival you will be met by my English speaking agents, Vicki and Shane who are available at all times during your stay to provide any assistance you may require.
We do recommend car hire to take advantage of the area, but transfers are available from all the airports.
The nearest airport is Almeria (1 hour) Murcia (2 hours) or Granada and Alicante (2.5 hours).

PATIO:

The rear garden, with table and chairs, faces the mountains and gets the sun from early afternoon in summer.
The front terraces, one with a table and chairs, have the sun from early morning to mid afternoon and the roof terrace, with sun loungers, has the sun all day!

KITCHEN:

Gas and electric are included in the rental rates.

LIVING/LOUNGE AREA:

The lounge has a wood burning stove for winter lets.

BEDROOMS:

Electric cooling fans are provided in the bedrooms.

CHANGEOVER NOTES:

Changeover days are completely flexible to fit in with the varied flight schedules.

LINEN NOTES:

All bed linen and towels, EXCEPT beach towels, are provided.

LOCAL AMENITIES/ATTRACTIONS:

There are five golf courses within half an hours drive.
Horse riding in the Sierra Cabrera mountains and diving trips can be easily arranged.

BOOKING NOTES:

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, at which time all details will be sent.
I am happy to receive payment either in Sterling or Euros.

Cancellation charges:
More than 8 weeks before arrival -NO CHARGE and deposit returned.
4-8 weeks before arrival - 20% deposit retained.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of rental.

The apartment sleeps four, one twin bedroom, and 2 single roll-out sofa beds in the lounge.It´s fully furnished in good taste with pine units& marbled floors. The living area is open planned lounge/diner and kitchen. The seating area consists of a large double sofa bed, and SatelliteTV. The dining area sits 4 adults comfortably.The kitchen is fully fitted For adults there is a bike to use it and 3 sunbeds if you prefer to go to the beach. The apartment is designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers. This is a very peaceful location with no through traffic allowed. Which also makes the area very safe for children to explore.

Luxury townhouse just 5 minutes walk to the beach

The property is in Garrucha, an old Spanish fishing village, which lies between Mojacar and Vera. Centred around the marina are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes, but with the emphasis on seafood for which the area is renowned. The duplex is just over two thirds of a mile from the Marina and a few minutes walk to the long sandy beach. Local activities include 3 golf courses, watersports, deep sea diving, fishing, horse riding and there is also a waterpark approximately one mile away which is fun for everyone.
