This exclusive and historic apartment is located within the ramparts of the splendid walled city of Kotor, Montenegro; the best preserved and certainly the most beautiful medieval town in the region.
The accommodation is ideally located close to the main square, restaurants, shops, cafes, beaches and the Marina. Kotor boasts year round interest and is well known for hosting numerous festivals. It is the main town in the Boka Bay region, sandwiched between the majestic Mount Lovcen and the sea. As one of the main tourist destinations in Montenegro; cruise ships arrive daily from around the world to its Marina, therefore it has a wealth of facilities for the visitor.
Kotor is an old medieval Sea front town with churches, museums, Venetian architecture and a cathedral which dates back to 1166. The town is a maize of cobbled streets and alleys with hidden squares and piazzas at every turn. Its beautiful marina, located just outside its fortress walls, hosts a daily market selling organic produce which in the evenings are replaced by stalls selling jewellery and trinkets, from here you can also watch the yachts and cruise ships sail in or take a boat trip yourself.
The bay of Kotor has the deepest fjords in the Mediterranean and is officially listed within the top 10 'most beautiful Bays in the World'. From within the Old Town are the steps up the Old Fortress which will reward you with some of the most stunning views of the bay. There are small beaches dotted around the bay or larger ones within a 10 minute drive or ferry trip, a vacation to remember.
The main square is a WiFi hotspot and due to the close proximity of the apartment to the square, internet access is available from within the apartment as well with the use of prepaid vouchers.

The Bay of Kotor is dotted with numerous small beaches from within a 10 minute walk away where swimming and sunbathing is possible. Larger beaches such as the beautiful Kaladovo beach is a 10 minute drive, alternatively there are boat trips available from the marina to some of the inaccessible bays and coves.

There are 2 pay car parks, one directly outside the main gate on the marina, and one to the side of the Old Town, however free parking is available around the city walls or further up on the marina itself.

Changeover days are flexible. Normal check in/out times are 12 noon and 4pm however, again this can be flexible depending on arrival/departure of other guests.
Apartment and town are safe for children as there is no car access within the town and the apartment is all on one level. The terrace has outside louvre doors which can be shut if child access is a concern. There is a cot and high chair provided for young children.
20% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Final payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. You will be met by the managing agent who will show you around the apartment and will also request £100 breakage/damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay.
Rentals for less than 7 days are available other than the months of July/August.
Both bathrooms contain both a shower and bath in each
