Turkey Holiday Villa with Private Pool, Gym & Games Room
This lovely detached holiday villa has everything you could want with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms all fully air-conditioned. Set in pine forests at 500m above sea level with stunning views and a short 2km walk to Uzumlu village. There is a lovely private pool and a large well equipped Gym and Games Room.

From the entrance hall an arch leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 13 people. Another arch leads into a lounge with a wood burning fire and satellite TV/DVD/CD and a further archway then leads to a separate dining room with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor there is another lounge themed in an Ottoman style equipped with TV/DVD/CD and a stereo music system with iPod dock and there is also a toilet/shower room. Downstairs there is a fully equipped Gym & Games Room with table tennis, darts, quoits, Nintendo Wii, weights, a punchbag and a cross-trainer. There is also a toilet/shower and bar area with a surround sound theatre system - ideal for the more energetic members of your party.
The next floor includes a master bedroom with a large en-suite shower room, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views. The top floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet shower room. All these rooms are equipped with stylish handmade furniture and have king-size beds - all the rooms are air-conditioned.
DINING AREA:
The Dining Room seats 7 and there is another Dining Area for 6 close by on the poolside terrace together with a BBQ.
GAMES ROOM:
The large (60m2) Gym and Games Room includes a cross-trainer, weights, a punchbag, table tennis table, darts, quoits and a Nintendo Wii with 36 games. There is also a bar area with surround sound theatre system and a toilet/shower room and outside is a secluded sun terrace leading out to the lower garden.
CLEANING INFORMATION:
The property has a full clean weekly and this includes changing towels and linen. The cleaning can be done more often for a small charge.
BOOKING NOTES:
The rental rates are for the whole villa for up to 13 people for 1 week, if you book by 31/12/2010 the deduct 10%. For parties of 6 or less staying outside the High Season deduct 15%. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges.
A free Welcome Pack is provided and a full cleaning service is provided weekly while the pool and garden are maintained daily. We can provide return transfers to the villa from Dalaman Airport (50 minutes) by car/minibus for £84/£130. We can also arrange car or minibus rental for £140 or £350 per week.
To book send a 20% deposit with a Booking Form (see 'Rates & Calendar' page on our website) and the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a £150 returnable damage deposit. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on the 'Rental Costs' page on our website.
The Villa is situated in an idyllic location on the Bodrum Peninsula, near the quaint village of Gumusuluk, and is located within the Gumsan II Complex. It is built on the hillside, and has panoramic views over Cukurbuk Bay, and the Greek Islands of Kos, Kalimnos and Leros. Sitting on the patio you have your own barbeque, where you can dine as you wish, and admire the spectacular sunsets, as the sun goes down over the Greek Islands! We would like to ask our clients who wish to smoke, to kindly smoke on the patio, and not in the villa.
